Hey I’m Karen, a native Texan born and raised in Dallas, now living in southern California. I have been a professional artist and  illustrator for over 35 years. 

I am passionate about creating fun art through drawing and painting, using both traditional and digital techniques. With the help of Procreate, I bring to life illustrations that are inspired by the vibrant world around me. Every day, I immerse myself in the beauty of nature through long walks on the beach, hikes in the mountains and the San Diego Safari Park. My artwork can be found on various products such as packaging, calendars, fabric, greeting cards, children’s books, kids meal boxes, art prints, and home decor. Some of the esteemed clients I have had the pleasure of working with include Verizon, Sonic, Chili’s, Del Taco, Dream Smart Academy (goal setting workshops), Shaka Coffee, and CH Products (video game products).
